DHEA, or dehydroepiandrosterone, is a hormone produced naturally by our bodies, primarily by the adrenal glands. It serves as a building block for other hormones, including testosterone and oestrogen.

This is a well-made supplement, and I’ve felt a slight improvement in focus. That said, I recommend people get their DHEA levels tested first. It’s not a one-size-fits-all solution.
