Returns & Refunds

We hope you love everything you order from Alchemist.ooo. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. After this window, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

What can be returned

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: Do not send your return to the manufacturer.

What can’t be returned

We’re unable to accept returns for:

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts (unless due to our error)
• Sale items (these are final)

What happens next

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Haven’t received your refund?

If it’s taking longer than expected:

1. Double check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card provider — posting times can vary.
3. Still nothing? Drop us a line at support@alchemist.ooo and we’ll be happy to look into it.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If that’s the case, email us at support@alchemist.ooo and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Returns shipping

Return shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return postage will be deducted from your refund total.

For higher value items, we recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service — we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return otherwise.
