This website is operated by alchemist. When we say “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean alchemist. These terms apply to every order placed via alchemist.ooo. We may update these terms from time to time, so please check before each order. You must be 18 or older to order.

2. Placing an Order

We’ll confirm your order either on the screen, via email, or both. Once confirmed, that’s your official purchase contract and we’ll get your order ready for dispatch.

3. Pricing & Delivery

• Prices at checkout are accurate at the time of order.
• Amending your order may affect promotional pricing.
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and vary by location, size, and value.

4. Payment

We accept debit/credit cards and PayPal. Payment is taken when you place your order. Failed payments may result in cancellation or administrative fees.

5. Delivery Info

We deliver to the address provided at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect orders? Let us know. Missed deliveries may be left in a safe place or returned. Severe weather or other disruptions may cause delays—we’ll contact you if that happens.

6. If Something’s Wrong

Not happy with your order? Let us know within 30 days. We’ll offer a refund or replacement and advise how to return the item.

7. Cancelling an Order

You may cancel non-perishable orders within 3 working days of delivery. Perishable items may not be cancellable once shipped. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time.
